The transition metal complexes are monomeric and 1:2 stoichem. having octahedral geometry. The ligands coordinated through oxygen atom of phenolic -OH group and also from thiazole ring nitrogen. The Schiff bases and their metal complexes were screen for antibacterial and antifungal activity.
