Example No. 149Preparation of (4 , 5 -Dimethyl-thiazol-2-yl) – (8-methoxy-2H- pyrazolo [3 , 4-c] quinolin-4 -yl) -amine4 , 5-dimethylthiazol-2 -amine (0.4 mmol 2 eq. , ) was dissolved in THF (dry, 3mL) in a microwave vial (2-5mL) LiHMDS 2M in THF(0.6 mmol 4eq.) was added. The mixture was stirred for 20 min at r.t. and then added to a solution of 4-chloro-8-methoxy-2-(4 -methoxybenzyl) -2H-pyrazolo [3 , 4-c] quinoline (0.16 mmol, leq.) in pyridine (2mL) . The reaction mixture was irradiated in a microwave reactor for 20 min at 200 C. The reaction mixture was evaporated and used without further purification. The residue was dissolved in TFA (3mL) . The reaction mixture was irradiated in a microwave reactor for 5 min at 140C.
