[1175] The product from Example 33A (0.2 g, 1.18 mmol), the product from Example 33B (0.25 g, 1.48 mmol) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.41 mL, 2.3 mmol) were combined in toluene (25 mL) and heated at reflux overnight. The reaction was allowed to cool to room temperature, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel (elution with 50% ethyl acetate:hexanes) to provide 0.08 g (22%) of the desired material as a white solid. mp 151-153 C.; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta2.28 (s, 3H), 2.65 (m, 4H), 3.20 (s, 2H), 3.48 (m, 4H), 6.85 (m, 2H), 7.18 (m, 2H), 7.48 (m, 2H), 9.65 (s, 1H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/e 317 (M+H)+; Anal calcd for C16H20N4OS: C, 60.73; H. 6.37; N, 17.71.
