Science experiments are a great way to spark their curiosity, get their minds active, and encourage them to do something that doesn’t involve a screen. 21303-50-4, C8H7NS2. A document type is Article, introducing its new discovery., COA of Formula: C8H7NS2

(Chemical Equation Presented) The development of high-load, oligomeric benzylsulfonium salts, generated via ring-opening metathesis polymerization, and their utility in facile benzylations of various nucleophiles is reported. These oligomeric sulfonium salts exist as free-flowing powders and are stable at room temperature. After the benzylation event, purification is attained via simple dry load/filtration, followed by solvent removal to deliver products in excellent yield and purity.

4?-Demethylepipodophyllotoxin (DMEP) derivatives are broad-spectrum and potent antitumor leading compound. Because of their unacceptable toxicity, DMEP derivatives often failed in the development of new drug. Until now, there was no report on the millimolar-potency toxicity of DMEP derivatives by modifying the molecule structure of DMEP. For the first time, this work discovered leading compounds with millimolar-potency toxicity by modifying the molecule structure of DMEP. The IC50 value of 4beta-S-(5-fluorobenzoxazole-2-)-4-deoxy-4?-demethylepipodophyllotoxin (Compound 2) was around 323.4?2000.9 muM on human healthy cells (i.e., HL-7702, H8, MRC-5 and HMEC), which was significantly reduced by 171?1999 times than podophyllotoxin (1.0?2.6 muM) and 9?80 times than etoposide (21.5?75.4 muM). Compared with the treatment of etoposide, DNA repair proteins HMGB1 and PARK7 were specifically activated and the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins were up-regulated in HL-7702 cells after the treatment of Compound 2. These indicated the toxicity of Compound 2 was synergistically reduced by DNA repair and anti-apoptosis pathway.

Objective: The objective of the present research investigation involves synthesis and biological evaluation of antidiabetic activity of benzothiazole derivatives. Methods: A novel series of benzothiazole derivatives 7(a-l) were synthesised and synthesised compounds were characterised for different physical and chemical properties like molecular formula, molecular weight, melting point, percentage yield, Rf value, IR,1HNMR,13CNMR and mass spectroscopy. The newly synthesised benzothiazole derivatives were subsequently assayed in vivo to investigate their hypoglycemic activity by the alloxan-induced diabetic model in rats. Results: All the synthesised derivatives showed significant biological efficacy. The compound 7d at 350 mg/kg exerted maximum glucose lowering effects whereas 7c showed minimum glucose lowering effects. All the compounds were effective, and experimental results were statistically significant at p<0.01 and p<0.05 level. Conclusion: From the results, it is clear that compound 7d demonstrated potent anti-diabetic activity and would be of better use in drug development to combat the metabolic disorder in future.
